The Global Leadership Program (GLP) is an intensive, action-packed residency tailored for mid-career professionals and senior executives enrolled in EMBA PROGRAMS.
It is designed to cultivate global awareness, hone critical leadership skills, strengthen cultural intelligence, and build a network of quality contacts. The residency can be built around solving a strategic challenge for a selected company, or it can offer cultural intelligence workshops with certified coaches implemented together with local business peers.

GLOBAL IMMERSION PROGRAM
The Global Immersion Program (GIP) is designed for bachelor’s, MBA, and master’s students, focusing on two primary areas - Business and STEM - and offering flexibility to specialize in one field or explore an interdisciplinary approach.
These short-term, intensive programs, typically lasting one to four weeks, combine carefully curated activities designed to develop participants’ cultural competence, broaden their global perspective, and deepen their understanding of how culture shapes business, innovation, and decision-making in international contexts.
